How an engagement works

We review goals, success metrics, existing architecture, and delivery constraints. You get a written plan outlining scope, stakeholders, and investment.
2. Build & iterate
We work alongside your team (remote or hybrid) to design, implement, and ship software while coaching internal staff on the practices that keep quality high.
3. Transition & support
When objectives are met, we hand off documentation, walkthroughs, and a readiness checklist so your team can operate confidently. Ongoing advisory support is available.

Payment & invoicing
Projects are invoiced electronically with Net 15 or Net 30 terms, depending on scope. All invoices can be paid online using major credit cards or ACH. Late balances may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
Refunds & cancellations
Because work is bespoke, completed milestones are non-refundable. If an engagement is canceled early, unused prepaid hours are refunded or credited toward future work within 90 days. We'll always work with you in good faith to resolve billing questions.
Privacy
We collect only the contact and project details needed to deliver services and issue invoices. Data is stored securely, never sold, and shared only with trusted providers for activities such as payment processing.
Terms of service
All work is governed by a mutually signed statement of work or master services agreement that defines scope, deliverables, IP ownership, and confidentiality. You own the deliverables once invoices are paid in full.
